Without cream container.

 

Our bakery model is perfect for continuous production and extra quick whipping. A professional model for bakeries, confectioneries and large commercial kitchens. The Mini-Bako-S draws the chilled cream directly from the cream container, achieving a high level of efficiency. It enables up to 300 litres of whipped cream to be produced per hour.
Also available with automatic machine shut-down and a GP connection for connecting a garnishing pistol or a foot switch, if required.
