The Euro-Piccolo is operated via the manual/automatic rocker switch. Quick whipping and optimum stiffness of the cream are guaranteed! Separate on/off switch for machine and cooling system. If required, the Euro-Piccolo is available with manual and auto portioning, self-service portioning and cleaning automatic. A GP connection is also provided for connecting a garnishing pistol or a foot switch.
